We offer reliable shipping services to all states within the contiguous United States.

    • Cost: A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders under $100.
  • Free Standard Shipping:
    • We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $100 USD or more.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

International Shipping

At this time, Gatherlume only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Gatherlume is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gatherlume.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@gatherlume.com. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
