Returns & Refunds
At Gatherlume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixtures. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Return Conditions
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or special-order items may not be returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check product descriptions carefully.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@gatherlume.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Do not send items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original components.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@gatherlume.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gatherlume.com.
